HUUUMMMPPP DAAAAYYY!

Gonna have some fun today we are going to work on some snatches!!!

Warm-up
800m run
3 rounds 
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Strength:
1 RM Snatch
Take 10 minutes and work on form and then begin working up to your 1 RM 

Metcon:
AMRAP 8 Min
7 Power Snatches (115/80)
14 C2B
21 Box Jumps (24/20)
