Strength: Wendler 3RM Shoulder Press

WOD:
5 RFT
10 Single Arm Snatches
20 Pistols (10 each leg)
30 Sec Hand Stand Holds

On the snatches use a weight that is heavy, but also allows you to move quickly!
Focus on form as always guys, never sacrifice form for speed.
