4/26/13

Finally Friday! I don't know about you guys, but I always look forward to the end of the week. I see some of you guys slept in this morning...very disappointed. Just kidding! You guys worked hard this week. Anyway, enough rambling, good work on the workout this morning. Keep up the good work!

Wendler 5RM Bench Press

Squat Clean, 10 min

WOD:

Sprint 400m
25 Ring Dips/Bench Dips
25 Hang Squat Cleans (post weight used)
50 DU's
50 Sit-ups

    DOUBLE UNDERSSSS yahhhh, finally! (Did single, double, single, double and only counted the doubles. So technically did more than needed but thats okay!)

  7. 7:48. Did 95# 8 times for hanging squat clean, but had to lower it to 75# to keep good form and balance, bench dips and 150 singles. I'm going to buy a speed jump rope so I can do the DU.

    Bench: 125-145-165 at 5-5-7
